The primary focus for this position is to manage the organisation’s financial, accounting and information policies, procedures and systems including financial advice on all budgets, banking and financial management, grant management, monitoring of assets register and emergency relief funds, management of all ATO audit, compliance, internal controls and superannuation requirements, management of organisational audit and management of the No Interest Loans Scheme.

The primary focus for this position is to work collaboratively with the Director of Disability Services in providing a comprehensive suite of services and support to people with significant, complex and dual disabilities across a variety of accommodation models.
Disability Support Workers provide community based supported accommodation for people with severe to profound disabilities in Darwin, Howard Springs and Katherine.
The provision of highly effective leadership and management of Somerville’s Disability Services suite of programs which include – Supported Living, Life Skills Development, Support Coordination and Administrative functions.
Family Support Worker/Counsellors work with individuals and families to facilitate their participation in society at the greatest level to which they aspire and are capable of achieving; to assist clients to identify individual and family goals and seek to achieve enhancement of life skills and family and community relationships; and to assist individuals and families to gain access to community services and entitlements.
