The Somerville Community Accommodation Service aims to assist clients to live independently in the community and secure long term accommodation by providing the following:

 

Short to medium term accommodation is available in Palmerston for homeless families and adult individuals.

 

Assistance in locating secure and more permanent accommodation.

 

Counselling, support and practical assistance.

 

Advocacy for persons in accommodation crisis.

 

Assistance in developing independent living skills

 

Information regarding community housing resources.

 

The Supported Accommodation Assistance Program (SAAP) is jointly funded by the Commonwealth and Northern Territory Governments.
