Feel Good Day
One of the ways we support the wellbeing of our employees is through our annual “Feel Good Day” which is all about healthy eating, exercise, games and competitions.
One of the activities staff participated in was a T’ai Chi Ch’uan session, where poses are joined together through slow, fluid movement. It is believed that T’ai Chi Ch’uan has many health benefits like improving balance and achieving greater longevity.
The day also included other fun events such as the ‘Banana Olympics’, a ball game and a sponge sling. After all the exercise, staff indulged in a very healthy lunch including lots of fruit and vegetables!
